Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization that provides business education to youth.
This position ensures the effective delivery of JA programs in the South Western Ontario area. The ideal candidate will possess a post secondary education or related experience in business or education, an understanding of the education system and proven experience motivating, recruiting and training volunteers. He or she will be an enthusiastic and energetic team player who is highly organized, self managed, detail oriented and accustomed to deadline management. Proven problem solving abilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and an ability to multi-task are keys to success. Previous experience with JA Programs a definite asset.
This is a PART TIME position, located in Chatham-Kent initially. The successful candidate will be expected to transition in to a full time position in Windsor Essex in approximately 1-2 years.
